派遣前訓練40日目所外活動について話し合い

所外活動の2日目に向けて、同じ施設に行くメンバーと話し合いを行った。

前回所外活動で知的障害者更生施設に行った際、何をやるかについて決められなかった。
なのでとりあえず

• レクリエーションをやるので時間をもらうことと、
• レクリエーションの内容は後日連絡

を伝えておいた。

肝心の内容をいろいろなことをいいわけにして3日前の今日まで決めないままだった。

他のグループを見ると事前準備が大変そうなので自分はレクリエーションはやめて、普段やれないところの清掃などを主張した。しかしながら、他2人はその意見には同意してくれなかった。

1人がサルサができるので、それをやろうということで盛り上がってしまい、ステップの練習をしはじめた。

引き気味で見ていたのだが、サルサのステップを覚えるのかピアノを弾くのかという変な二者択一を迫られてしまった。

ピアノを練習しているという余計な情報を与えなければと若干後悔した。

話し合いのために行った班の談話室は菓子が段ボールいっぱいにあった。一週間でなくなるとのこと。

I talked with two volunteers who will go to a facility with me
about the second day of outdoor activity.

The first day of outdoor activity, we worked in the rehabilitation facilities
for persons with intellectual disabilities

When we visited the facility, we couldn't decide to do in the next visit.
We decided only two things and tell the staff of the facility.
・We needed time for recreation.
・We would tell the content of recreation later.

Though we would contact them later, we decided nothing about the content of recreation
with making many excuses.

Other groups seemed to be busy with preparing for recreation.
So I suggested that we ceased to do recreation and
clean the place which couldn't be cleaned normally.

However, other volunteers didn't agree with me.

One of other volunteers can dance salsa.
They enjoyed talking about salsa and began to practice dancing it.

I hesitated to join them.
They compeled me to decide whether I would learn salsa or play the piano.
They were crazy!

I shouldn't have said to them that I practiced piano.

In the room of life group where I went to talk about outdoor activity,
there was cardboard box filled with snacks.
I heard snacks were all eaten in a week. It was just pig farm!!
