派遣前訓練33日目食事当番


今週から夕食後、食事当番を1週間行うことになった。


食事当番は白衣を着て、調理室に入り、以下の仕事を行う。

  • 食器を洗う人、
  • 洗った食器を洗浄機のコンベアに食器を乗せる人
  • 洗浄機から出てきた食器を乾燥器に入れる人


自分は食器を洗う係になった。最初の5分くらいは楽しいのだが、所詮はルーチンワーク。やるうちにどんどん飽きてしまう。


湯呑茶碗やみそ汁用の容器はそんなに汚れていないので、洗わずに洗浄機にかけるようにした。


なるべく工夫しても早くやるようにしても、160人分の食器の数は半端ではない。ご飯茶碗は米粒がついているので、ちゃんと洗うのは結構大変。


結局、皆が食事を終えた20分後にすべての作業が終了した。


食事時間終了の20分前に当番の仕事を開始しないといけないので、結構な時間を拘束されてしまうのがイタイ。


食事当番が終わって、手を洗ったのだが匂いがとれない。


手荒れしやすい体質なので今後1週間が心配だ。


This week, I was on dish wash duty after dinner.


Volunteers who are on dish wash duty put on white coat, go to the wash place
and do as below.
・to hand-wash dishes
・to put dishes which are hand-washed on the conveyer of the dishwasher.
・to put dishes which are washed by dishwasher in the dryer.



Today I did hand-wash dishes.
At first I enjoyed it, but I was tired of doing it in 5 minutes.
After all It was routine work.


As tea cups and miso soup bowls were not so stained,
I didn't hand-washed them.


No matter how rapidlly I hand-washed dishes,
we couldn't finished it.
There were many dishes, because more than 160 people used them.
Because rice bowls are caked with rice grain, it was so hard to clean them completely.

When we finished, 20 minutes had passed after volunteers finished dinner.


I have to begin to work 20 minutes before the end of dinner.
While I work in cantina, I can't study. It is so bad.


After working in cantina, I washed my hands but I couldn't get rid of the smell.
And I am prone to make hands rough. I was worried about my hands this week.
