派遣前訓練52日目お礼状の作成

今日は講座がないものの、次の日の語学交流会のスピーチの準備で余裕がないはずだった。

余裕がないにもかかわらず、所外活動で訪れた施設へのお礼状を作成した。

簡単にいえば現実逃避。

NTCから渡されたお礼状のフォーマットはA4のペラ紙だったが、さすがにショボ過ぎるので別途色紙を購入した。

こういう作業をたまにやると面白い。色紙を切って色紙に張り付けたり、マジックでメッセージを書くという作業は久しぶりにやったと思う。

今回の作業は1人で行った。今回のように、どうでもいいことを決めたり、行ったりする場合に集団で行うと非常に効率が悪い。

一人の人間が決めた方が余計な時間がかからずに済む。

所外活動で行うレクリエーションについて話し合いをもったときも、集合時間、場所を決める時間、話しあうための時間が非常にもったいなかった。

これが無駄だと思えた所外活動で学べたことの一つかもしれない。

Today we had no lecture but I was busy with exercising a speech in the exchange at next day.

I had little time to do other things but I made a letter of thanks for the facility where I had worked as volunteer in outdoor activity.

In other words, I was just runnning away from the preparation.

A paper of the letter which NTC gave us was A4 copying paper. It was very poor. So I bought a large square card.

It was so interesting because I did it after a long time. It was been a while since I cut origami paper, pasted it with a square paper and wrote a message with a felt-tip pen.

I made it by myself. As this time, it was so inefficient that more than one person decide or do something.

If one person decide it, one person can decide something faster than more than one person.

When I talked with other members about recreation in outdoor activity, it took long time to decide an assembly point and time appointed for assembling and to talk about it.

In my opinion, outdoor lesson was useless for me. I had got few things. Maybe it was only thing that I learned in outdoor lesson.
